Quarry Lite – Free Rock Generator for Godot 4

Stop modeling rocks. Generate them. For free.

Quarry Lite is a free rock generator for Godot 4. Add a QuarryRock node, pick the Boulder preset and click New Seed. Every seed gives a different rock, and the same seed always gives the same one. Tweak the shape sliders, choose one of five palettes or set your own colors, and turn on collision for a convex collider that follows every change. Pure GDScript, no dependencies, nothing to enable. Lite includes

• QuarryRock with the Boulder preset
• All shape sliders
• New Seed button
• 5 color palettes (Moss, Snow, Sand, Bare, Basalt), or your own base, dark and top colors
• Optional convex collision that follows every change
• Demo scene

Full version adds

• 4 more shape presets: Pebble, Cliff, Pillar, Slab
• QuarryField: Scatter, Ring and Line patterns, up to 500 rocks, 5 field presets, Snap to Ground
• Bake Mesh (.tres), Bake Field (.res), Export (.glb)

Requirements: Godot 4.5 or newer. Tested with Godot 4.5.2, 4.6.3 and 4.7.1 (Forward+, Mobile and Compatibility).

What you get: the addon folder and a demo scene.

Upgrade to the full version: delete addons/quarry and copy in the full version; your rocks keep their settings.
